The exhibition is inspired by the commercial colour chart and looks at the impact of mass-produced colour on the art of the past sixty years. The visit included gallery talks and guided tours.Their favourite works included the Jim Lambie ZOBOP! floor [pictured] and the Andy Warhol Marilyn series of prints. The trip was accompanied by Mrs. Gibson Oxley, Miss Fielding (art teachers) and the curator Mrs. Graffius. Packed lunches were enjoyed beside the Mersey, in glorious autumn sunshine.
