Simon Whittle a Grammar (yr10) pupil recently represented Great Britain in the U17 Dinat. He did very well coming 7th overall. Simon and his brother Magnus are both very keen fencers and have represented Stonyhurst at various competitions around the country. Simon will be part of the team representing Stonyhurst at the Lancashire Schools Fencing Competition to be held in the Ambulacrum at Stonyhurst on Sunday 31st January 2010.
