This year the tournament was opened up to two age groups- U14 & U15, and we had 14 teams in total, from 20 schools, with more than 140 girls involved. 
 
The standard of netball was excellent, helped by fantastic weather. All schools played 6 games in a ‘round robin’ format.
St Bede’s Manchester were the U15 winners for the 3rd year running with Stockport Grammar winning the U14 age group.
 
The Stonyhurst girls did us proud once again, with many comments from the staff of visiting schools about the conduct and courtesy of our players both on and off court. Both our U14 & U15 came 3rd, which was slightly disappointing as we felt that 2nd place was well within our grasp.
