Fire & Ice – Higher Line Geography Trip

As last term drew to a close, twenty Higher Line geographers set off to Iceland with Mrs Crossley and Mrs Whalley.

They had a fantastic four days sightseeing, viewing a whole range of spectacular geographical features including waterfalls, geysers, glaciers, a geothermal power station, and bathing in hot springs.

On the first night, they were lucky enough to see a fabulous display of the Northern Lights before bed and even had time for some more urban geography with a tour of Reykjavik before returning home for Easter.
