SMH and the Royal Wedding.
The Royal Wedding was celebrated in style here at SMH. The day was packed with events, which included a debate and a Mr & Mrs competition where Mr and Mrs Gibson, Mr and Mrs Winckley and Mr and Mrs Garlington displayed their knowledge (or lack of it) of their spouses before an expectant SMH audience.
Then the wedding was shown live on the big screen in the Centenaries Theatre to the obvious enjoyment of the whole school.
And so to the fun part ... our very own street party. The front of SMH saw a line of tables decked in regal finery, with bunting and flags setting the scene, soon to be lined with the whole school tucking in to a sumptuous barbecue washed down by pink fizz.
