The Cadet Shooting Team participated in the recent Cadet Skill at Arms meeting at Altcar ranges near Liverpool. This national competition consisted of over forty teams from the Combined Cadet Force and Army Cadet Force, shooting in a number of shoots over two days. In the falling plate competition the team got through to the quarter final before been knocked out by Bury Grammar School.
The team showed an excellent professional attitude especially as the weather conditions were quite atrocious! Well done to all the team and especially to 2Lt Patel and Sgt Maj Clare for their efforts throughout the weekend.
