Kayak challenge
Capt Chris Robinson BEM ( Late RAPTC ), one of Stonyhurst's CCF officers and his son Steven kayaked the 10 longest lakes in the Lake District in under 48 hours, raising over £1500 for the Royal British Legion.
Steven is a serving soldier who was badly injured on operations in Afghanistan and is soon to leave the Army by way of medical discharge.
Although the weather was at times inclement the water conditions were very good, allowing the completion of this most worthy event.
