A visit to the Manchester Science Museum
Upper Elements (Year 6) visited The Manchester Museum of Science and Industry, on Friday, 11th March 2011.The children took part in two workshop sessions called Forces in Action and Batteries, Bulbs and Buzzers, led by experts at the Museum. They then had the opportunity to explore the rest of the museum including the very popular, hands-on gallery, 'Experiment'. The trip complemented Upper Elements’ science topics of Forces in Action and Changing Circuits.
