The nature of participation in the political process

As usual the College Politics Society met on a Thursday evening and were entertained by the prolific author and broadcaster Dr Andrew Russell of Manchester University. He addressed a huge audience of over fifty on the topic of people and the political process. An excellent talk was followed by a lively ‘question-and-answer’ session with topics ranging from media bias to President Obama’s Healthcare Reform Bill. The audience were very appreciative of Dr Russell’s fascinating lecture.
