Our off-site excursions allow our pupils to experience some of our region’s best cultural and educational leisure attractions, giving them the opportunity to interact with each other and a variety of native English speakers outside of the classroom. Our pupils will be able to enjoy excursions to places such as Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the beautiful Lake District UNESCO World Heritage Site and Manchester Trafford Centre to name but a few!
There is one full-day and one half-day excursion every week, and all the costs for these trips, including entrance fees, are included in the course fees for all pupils.
All of the excursion destinations are within an hour’s coach ride, so there are no long journeys. Pupils will be accompanied by experienced language school staff at all times.

English Language course with activities
We offer two, three and four-week residential English Language teaching courses to children aged 10-17 years.
English Language course with Tennis Academy
The two or four-week residential English Language and tennis course is designed for international boys and girls, aged 10-17 years, who are looking to improve their English language skills alongside tennis tuition.
Scholars Programme
The Stonyhurst Scholars’ Programme offers pupils aged 14-17 an exclusive summer experience, designed to prepare them for future academic success.
