THE ENGLISH WITH TENNIS COURSE
The two or four-week residential English Language and tennis course is designed for international boys and girls, aged 10-17 years, who are looking to improve their English language skills alongside tennis tuition.

COACHING SCHEDULE AND FACILITIES
The Tennis Academy is focused on delivering technical, tactical and physical improvements relative to each students ability and enabling them to translate this onto the tennis court.
Example Session:
- Physical warm-up
- Skills work
- Technical Drills, working on the swings path
- Tactical Progressions, what and how to use the shots
- Matchplay – a chance to practice new skills!

THE FACILITIES
With high performance facilities including two indoor Grand Slam tennis courts built inside an air dome and a variety of outdoor courts, Stonyhurst offers the perfect location for a residential Tennis Academy.
The dome is 10 meters high and offers two Grand Slam sized Tennis courts, with high-performing acoustics and glare free playing conditions.
The facilities, combined with a top-quality training programmes offered at Stonyhurst will nurture the next generation of players.
ACTIVITIES & EXCURSIONS INCLUDED
The English Language Course includes a varied activities and evening entertainment programme which runs after the lessons from 3:30pm each day.
Every student also enjoys two off site excursions per week (one half day, one full day) which can include:
- UK city sightseeing and cultural excursions
- Theme parks
- Shopping trips
- Water sports
