The rebranded 'OS Open Days', now called 'Revisit Stonyhurst', attracted 46 visitors in early July, when OS took the opportunity to bring along their friends and family to show them their old school and see for themselves the changes since their last visit.
Split into two groups, the visitors enjoyed a guided tour of the building with historical anecdotes shared to them by their guides, whilst they reminisced to their families of their time at the College.
A delicious lunch followed in the 'new refectory', a place which most of the OS would not have dined in their time at the College. After lunch, guests had the opportunity of touring the beautiful Stonyhurst gardens, or visiting the Museum and Collections for a small fee in support of the work of the Collections.
The Association Office will be advertising two dates for the 'Revisit Stonyhurst' days in 2027, to be announced soon.
