During the 2025–2026 academic year, Stonyhurst has been transitioning from multiple parent platforms - such as the My School Portal, SOCS, Evolve, and SchoolCloud - to a single, unified system: the Involve platform.

This year-long process is now nearing completion.

To access the calendar, sports fixtures, co-curricular activities, assigned work, rewards and sanctions, and your child’s timeline, please log in to Involve via the app or on a laptop using this link.

Some functionality remains within the My School Portal (referred to as the Parent Portal). To view your child’s half-term and termly reports, public examination timetables, Exams Office information, specific academic details, and to access SchoolCloud, please click here. All of this functionality will be transferred to Involve by the end of the 2025–2026 academic year.

At that point, all services will be available in one place, providing a seamless experience for both parents and pupils.
