Girls’ Sport

In girls sport last Saturday, we had three hockey matches against Ashville: the 1st XI drew 1-1; the Under 15s won 3-1 and the Under 14s won 4-1, with Tilly scoring a hat trick.

Then on Wednesday the Under 14 netballers had a tremendous victory in the National Schools competition, winning several matches and ending up as the Lancashire U14 Champions. They will now go on to represent Lancashire in the North Finals in January, so very well done to all of them.

Also last Wednesday there were 2 hockey matches against Westholme: the 1st XI won 8-0 and the 2nd XI won 6-0, and then on Saturday there were 2 junior hockey matches against Rossall: the Under 14s won by a very convincing 8-0 and the U15s lost 0-2.
