Two of our promising young swimmers, Jasmine and Ethan were fortunate enough to attend the Adam Peaty race clinics back in August at Ashville College in Harrogate. The clinic focused on strength and conditioning and the mental aspects of training and racing. Both children took part in a coaching session in the pool led by Adam.
Below is a picture of Ethan with Adam and his Olympic Gold medals and Jasmine also had her photograph taken with Harriet West, a Commonwealth Bronze medallist, back in 2018.
Ethan is an exceptionally talented swimmer, being the 3rd fastest butterfly swimmer in the country in his age group (U13s). Recently he took part in a swimming meet at the Manchester aquatics centre. In ten races, he won 4 golds, 5 silvers and a bronze medal, setting personal bests in all of these races!
