Playroom Leaders

Playroom Leaders

The Playroom Leader plays a central role in supporting pupils within the Playroom by fostering a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment in which every child can thrive. Through a regular presence in the Playroom, they oversee daily routines, set a positive tone, and ensure pupils feel known, supported and valued. They monitor pupils’ emotional, social and academic wellbeing, celebrating individual and collective achievements while responding calmly and thoughtfully to any concerns. Working closely with tutors, House Parents, pastoral staff and parents, the Playroom Leader provides consistent guidance, supervision and care, helping pupils to settle, grow in confidence and make the most of their Playroom experience.
