A Choice for Every Learning Style
At Stonyhurst College, subject choices often determining the important next step before deciding on future university courses. The College offers two pathways of study – GCSEs (from Year 10) and the 1-Year fast track GCSE (from Year 11).
Each route provides a wide range of subjects to choose from and our teaching staff will be happy to discuss the available options and help you to make the best decisions for your future. Offering a varied choice means we can nurture each individual's talents and support them to be the best they can be.

We achieve high academic results, and every pupil is enabled to fulfil his or her potential through our exceptionally high standard of teaching and pastoral care. Personal tutors, the Deputy Head and the Careers Department guide pupils in the important decisions they make about their future.
